Great first day mate, rain a bugger but I think the wind was from behind most of the way so that would have been a small plus. Glad you made it to mums, she would have been waiting and at least you would get a great meal on your first night. Upwards and onwards mate. Cheers
G’day Adrian. I’m the 82 year old from Mildura we meet at a table in Moseley square in Glenelg a few months ago. I wish you all the very best for you trip. I was trying to work out which way you were going. I thought you would be going with the wind anticlockwise but why at this time off year. ???
gday Ben yes I remember you well and i enjoyed our conversation. i have changed my route a little so unfortunately i wont be going through Mildura and i wont be able to catchup. i was looking forward to that. i am going anti clockwise and heading along the coast to tassie, melb, syd, NZ, syd, cairns, darwin, perth, nullabor then home to Adl. this time of year as it worked well worh my work but also i had to time it to get to Syd before early march as i entered a 30day solo adventure race in NZ because im an idiot hahahaa. lovely to hear from you. stay in touch. who knows i might still swing by hahaha
